What is eSIM?
eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM embedded in your phone. You can use mobile data without inserting a physical SIM card, simply by scanning a QR code or activating through an app.
Instead of paying expensive roaming fees while traveling, you can use the internet at local prices in your destination country. Plus, you can keep two lines active simultaneously without removing your existing SIM card.

How long does it take to activate an eSIM?add
eSIM typically activates within 1-5 minutes after purchase. You can start using it immediately after scanning the QR code.
How many eSIMs can I install on one device?add
Most devices can store 5-10 eSIM profiles, but only one can be active at a time. You can switch between profiles as needed.
Can I use an eSIM on multiple devices?add
No, each eSIM profile can only be installed on one device. You need to purchase separate eSIMs for different devices.
Will my existing phone number continue to work?add
Yes! The eSIM only provides data service. Your existing physical SIM card and phone number will remain active.
What happens when the eSIM expires?add
When the period expires, the eSIM automatically deactivates. You can purchase a new plan or delete the eSIM profile from your device.
Can I get a refund?add
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase for non-activated eSIMs. Activated eSIMs cannot be refunded.
Can I make calls with eSIM?add
Our eSIM plans only include data service. For calls, you can use your existing SIM card or internet-based apps like WhatsApp or Skype.
