eSIM Travel provides digital SIM card services for international travel. Our services include eSIM activation, data packages, and customer support.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include all applicable taxes.

Data Usage Policy

Fair usage applies to all data packages. Excessive usage that impacts network performance may result in service throttling. Data speeds may vary by location and network conditions. No refunds for unused data.

Cancellation and Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for unused eSIMs. Once activated, eSIMs are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply for technical issues proven to be our fault. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall eSIM Travel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on eSIM Travel's website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
