Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for unused eSIM packages within 7 days of purchase. Activated eSIMs are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Activated eSIMs, partially used data packages, and services that have been fully consumed are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Technical Issues & Exceptions
If you experience technical issues due to our service (e.g., eSIM not working on a compatible device), we may offer a replacement eSIM or partial refund at our discretion. All technical claims must be supported by device logs and our support team's verification.
